I thought this was an excellent discussion; Tom did not hold back information and it was very helpful. I thought the "lesson" at the end was to make a free bonus offer for the first five people who sign up for the seminar Tom is having. This motivates people to act now, instead of waiting, delaying, and perhaps never signing up after all.
